  • Eye Examinations: Our certified optometrists will conduct thorough eye examinations. However, we encourage you to seek a second opinion if you feel necessary.
  • Products: All sales of prescription glasses, contact lenses, and other optical goods are final due to their custom-made nature. We do offer a limited warranty on certain products; please inquire in-store for details.
  • Returns and Refunds: Products must be returned in their original condition. Prescription lenses and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective. For non-prescription products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • In-Store Safety: Prime Vision strives to provide a safe environment for all customers and staff. Please adhere to all safety guidelines and respect our staff at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer acting in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

6. Online Purchases

  • Order Processing: Orders placed on our website are subject to availability and pricing accuracy. In the event that a product is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellations.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Prime Vision is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping services.
  • Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases: We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases of non-prescription products. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made or prescription items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Prime Vision strives to provide high-quality services and products. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services and information provided on our website or in-store.
