About Us
About PrimeVision
PrimeVision is an independent optical boutique and eye care clinic in Montréal, Quebec. We are a real storefront with real people in it: you can walk through our door at 9520 Bd de l'Acadie, Suite 222, browse the same frames you see on this website, and have them fitted by our optician.
What we do
We combine clinical eye care with a curated designer eyewear collection. Under one roof we offer:
- Comprehensive eye examinations performed by licensed optometrists
- Contact lens fittings and follow-up care
- Prescription eyeglasses with lenses cut and mounted to your prescription
- Designer sunglasses and optical frames from the houses we are authorized to carry
- Adjustments and minor repairs whenever you need them, on eyewear purchased from us
For details on our exams, see our eye exams in Montréal page.
Authentic product, authorized supply
PrimeVision is an authorized retailer of the brands we carry. Every frame we sell is 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced directly through authorized distribution channels, complete with its original manufacturer packaging, case, cleaning cloth, and documentation. We never sell counterfeit, replica, refurbished, or grey-market product, and we back that with the full manufacturer warranty on every pair.
We carry Ray-Ban, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Tom Ford, Saint Laurent, Miu Miu, Celine, Fendi, Balmain, Montblanc, Oakley, and Meta AI Glasses, among others. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
How we work
Every online order is picked, inspected, cleaned, and photographed by our team before it ships, so we know exactly what left our boutique and in what condition. Standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada, and you can always choose free in-store pickup instead.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in eligible condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns; returns and exchanges made in our boutique avoid both. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is covered by us in full. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
